Standing water in the tub after every cycle. A shard of glass was wedged in the drain pump impeller. Out, cleaned, back in, full cycle to prove it.

Top rack dishes were coming out gritty. The upper spray arm feed was blocked with scale. He descaled the whole path and cleaned a filter housing I did not know the machine had.

The cycle kept stopping partway with the lights still on. Turbidity sensor was fouled and reading nonsense. He cleaned it and the control reset properly. Straightforward, and he did not talk down to me.
